Sidian Liu (b. 1997, Foshan, China) is an artist, translator, yarner, and nest builder based in Brooklyn, New York. Using skills she learned from reproductive labor and domestic work, she makes social relationships to facilitate trust and intimacy from a respectful distance, exploring pathways to a care-ful society. Living in flux, she creates works that take responsive forms in images, performance, light-weight installations, and socially-engaged projects.
刘思典（四点），艺术家、译者、织女、筑巢人。1997年生于广东佛山，现居纽约。她的生活状态常处于流动与迁徙之中，因此作品多以影像、行为、轻量装置与社会参与式项目的形式呈现。她运用“家庭主妇”的技能，常以协作和交换为方法，在保有安全距离的同时与他人建立信任与亲密关系，从中探寻更深远的联结和共济。
